The campaign brief and partner application forms
When you send a campaign brief or a partner application, the name, business email, company or brand, optional website URL, target markets, product or offers, commercial preference, main traffic source (applications only) and message you provide are transmitted to AffiCrest, saved in a private enquiry record on our hosting account, and included in an email notification to our team. We use these details to assess and respond to your business enquiry or application. Submission does not subscribe you to a marketing list. You can also download a copy for your own records.
Information to include
Use business contact details and commercial context. Do not include player databases, account credentials, identity documents, health information or payment details, including bank or wallet details for payouts: those are exchanged once terms are agreed, not through the website. If you download or copy a brief, you decide where to share it and who can access that copy.
Website operation
The website’s hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP address, requested URL, browser details and timestamps to deliver and protect the site. The application does not install advertising trackers, analytics scripts or non-essential cookies. Fonts and visual assets are served with the website. To limit form abuse, the enquiry handler temporarily stores a hashed network address and a request count for a ten-minute rate-limit window.
Business enquiries
The business responsible for enquiry data is TrueThing Ltd, Tallinn, Estonia. Processing a requested business conversation is based on our legitimate interest in responding to relevant enquiries or taking requested pre-contractual steps, where applicable. We retain active enquiry records while necessary to respond and manage the resulting relationship; unsuccessful enquiries should be reviewed for deletion after 12 months unless a legal or documented business need requires retention.
Hostinger provides the hosting and email infrastructure used to process enquiries. Enquiry files are not publicly accessible. Access is restricted to authorised business personnel and service providers where necessary to operate the service. We do not sell your enquiry details. Contact us for information about relevant processing locations and transfer safeguards.
Links and email
External links take you to independent websites with their own privacy practices. If a business email link is available, it opens your email application; you choose whether to send your message. Your email provider’s handling of that message is separate from this website.
Your choices and contact
For questions about personal data or to request access, correction or deletion where applicable, contact go@afficrest.com. Applicable law may also provide rights to object, restrict processing, receive a portable copy and complain to your local supervisory authority.
